As someone who’s been with us through this incredible journey, your presence in the Tycoon family means the world to us. Today, I have an important update regarding our legacy platform.
The Legacy Platform Is Closing Its Doors
We launched our newest platform Tycoon Signals in July of this year. Since then we have been maintaining two separate platforms, which means double the servers, double the support, and many other inefficient aspects. It’s time to change that!
As of December 31st, 2023, we will be closing down the legacy platform.
Why Are We Making This Change?
- Focusing On Excellence: Running two platforms has become increasingly unsustainable, impractical, and inefficient as well as confusing for our Tycoon community and Users. We want to channel our resources and efforts into making Tycoon Signals the best it can be.
- Decentralisation of TYC: “Not your keys, not your Coins”. By removing the centralized wallet for TYC, we are moving towards more decentralized ownership for the Tycoon Token.
- Global Crypto Regulations: The tightening of regulations around cryptocurrency demands a high level of effort & risk management that we believe is best avoided, ensuring the safety and security of our community.
Action Required: Withdraw Your TYC
Please move your TYC to any ERC20-compatible wallet by December 31st (Metamask, Trustwallet etc.). If you’re unfamiliar with how to set one up, here’s a simple step-by-step guide here.
No need to rush, you still have plenty of time!
Possibly Longer Processing Times
Your patience is greatly appreciated. With many users taking similar steps, withdrawals might take longer than usual. Don’t worry, we will process every single request until closure.
How to Withdraw:
- Log in to the legacy platform. (app.tycoon.io)
- If your TYC are staked, unstake them first.
- Navigate to the withdrawal section in your wallet.
- Enter your ERC20 wallet details.
- Confirm the withdrawal.
